Annual General Meeting 2009

The Group’s 50th ordinary Annual General Meeting of the Group, convened at the Hanover Congress Centre, was attended by around 2000 shareholders and shareholder representatives as well as guests. Attendance thus accounted for 68.93 per cent of the capital stock (previous year 71.7 per cent).
