TUI supports the principles of proper and responsible corporate governance as set out in the German Corporate Governance Code and complies in full with the recommendations made by the ‘Government Commission on the German Corporate Governance Code’ (version: 06 June 2008).
In the future, TUI will also comply in full with the recommendations published by the Federal Ministry of Justice on 5 August 2009 in the currently valid version of 18 June 2009.
In addition, TUI also complies with the suggestions of the Code.
TUI AG Executive Board and Supervisory Board have discussed the implementation of the code within TUI, and issued the following declaration of conformity.
