Is there a share buyback programme?
The ordinary Annual General Meeting of TUI AG resolved on 9 February 2011 to authorise the Company to acquire and use treasury shares in accordance with section 71(1) no. 8 AktG with potential exclusion of subscription rights and rights to tender shares and the possibility to redeem treasury shares while reducing share capital by 8 August 2012.
So far, no share buyback programme has been implemented by TUI AG.
