Against the background of the sale of Hapag-Lloyd AG, Michael Behrendt is stepping down from the TUI AG executive board with immediate effect. Mr Behrendt remains Chief Executive Officer of Hapag-Lloyd AG.
The supervisory board of TUI AG accepted the resignation and expressed its appreciation for his work as a member of the TUI AG executive board.
