TUI Group - Ad hoc announcement: New CFO

TUI CFO Rainer Feuerhake (65) will resign from his mandate and retire as of the close of the next ordinary Annual General Meeting of TUI AG on 17 February 2010, having reached retirement age.

At today’s meeting, the Supervisory Board extended the appointment of Horst Baier (53) as member of the Executive Board of TUI AG, expiring in November 2010, by five years until November 2015. Following the retirement of Rainer Feuerhake, Horst Baier, previously Executive Board member in charge of Controlling, will also be responsible for Finance.
