TUI AG Supervisory Board meeting

At its meeting held today, the Supervisory Board of TUI AG generally approved to support Hapag-Lloyd AG on a prorated basis. Specific proposals will soon be discussed with the shareholders of the Hamburg-based consortium HAMBURGISCHE SEEFAHRTSBETEILIGUNG “Albert Ballin” GmbH & Co. KG and decided at the next TUI Supervisory Board meeting at the beginning of August 2009.
