Is there a share buyback programme?
The 2006 Annual General Meeting authorised TUI AG to buy own shares under section 71 sub-section 1 no. 8 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG). Accordingly, until 9 November 2007 the Board may purchase own shares with a volume of up to 10% of the subscribed capital for purposes other than securities trading with the consent of the Supervisory Board. It replaces the authorisation granted by the 2005 Annual General Meeting. In financial year 2005, the authorisation to purchase own shares was not used.
