As a TUI trainee, you will get to know the many different commercial facets of our international Group.
During your training you will build your organisational skills and learn every aspect of effective team work. The latest in office equipment will be your day-to-day toolbox.
You will work in the various TUI departments and companies – which will put you in a perfect position to find the right job when you finish your course. Alongside practical training and classes in vocational college, you will take part in seminars and modules set within the work environment.
As a trainee, you will usually complete the 3-year course in 2 ½ years. You will need an appropriate secondary school-leaver’s certificate, business school certificate or university entrance-level qualification. You will need an appropriate school-leaver’s certificate or vocational qualifications. We attach particular importance to skills in German and English. We would also like you to be friendly and creative, able to display initiative and energy. You should also have a flair for organisation and love working with people.
The company-based training will take place in Hanover. You may also work in subsidiaries at other sites.
