The international programme is an 18-month tour through exciting work environments in our Group companies. It aims to give you a comprehensive overview of the tourism business.
Each stop on the educational journey lasts three to four months. Trainees face different challenges in different countries, but the work will always be fun.
Project work combined with daily routines will prepare you for your first task in management. Working in the destinations is imperative – you will be right there, where our customers are enjoying their holidays. Trainees are deployed as tour reps in direct touch with our customers and products.
We attach a great deal of importance to additional skills and will put you on courses to learn more about, for example, communication, finance and project management. After the first year, you will spend time at a development centre to receive personal recommendations for your future career. Based on these results we will then draw up your individual development plan.
