Our incoming agencies coordinate tourism services at the holiday destination – e.g. performing transfers from the airport to the hotels, organising excursions and round trips or booking hired cars.
These activities also include local services offered by our tour reps. The tour reps receive our customers when they arrive at the airport and are available to them during the entire holiday stay, in special cases round the clock.
Excellent service
The tour rep’s environment is much wider than an office, and it could be anywhere in the world. TUI tour reps are the customer contacts on site, advising and assisting them in their leisure time, listening to them and dealing with confidential problems. Commercial skills are an advantage, but other things matter more: knowledge of human nature, sociability, psychological tact, organisational talent and a service-minded attitude. In this working environment, you should be independent, team-oriented and flexible. Just as important, however, are a confident bearing and an ability to understand our customers’ needs.
