Trainee Programme NEW: Main Focus Hotel Management
With more than 280 hotels the World of TUI is Europe’s largest leisure and holiday hotel chain. The TUI subsidiary ROBINSON is a quality and market leader in the premium segment for club holidays in the German speaking source markets. In the line of the enlargement of our portfolio with currently 20 clubs in eight countries, we are looking for motivated and qualified junior staffs in Hotel management for the TUI International Management Trainee Programme. The aim of the 18 month management education is to become an Assistant Club Director in one of our ROBINSON clubs in the Mediterranean and in the Alps.
During the programme the trainees will have the possibility to work in different departments of the various TUI hotel companies in both Germany and abroad. Further more, the trainees will have the possibility to get an insight of the TUI Group and learn about the characteristics of the TUI hotel concept.
Seminars, internal events and different measures for personal development will complete the trainees’ professional education. A special focus of the programme will be the improvement of leadership skills. This is to prepare the trainee for taking over the responsibility for an upper management level team. All together, TUI and ROBINSON will offer both theoretical and practical experiences in the education.
A successful graduated trainee will take over the responsibilities of the Assistant Club Director at ROBINSON. The TUI Group offers multiple possibilities for the future: the trainee can either become a ROBINSON Club Director, Hotel Director in one of the World of TUI hotel companies or a Manager in the TUI Group.
