Health and family People are at the centre of the World of TUI

In the TUI group we attach considerable importance to the health of our staff.

The prerequisites for maintaining and promoting the health of our staff include being assigned appropriate jobs, the involvement of the individual in work processes, the recognition and implementation of ideas generated by the staff, and the development of personal potential as well as the opportunity of pursuing one’s professional career in the World of TUI while simultaneously finding a harmonious balance with one’s private needs and the wishes of one’s family.

In line with the Luxembourg Declaration, which we as the TUI group support, and our own corporate guidelines we have made it our objective to continuously improve health and well-being at the workplace.

TUI AG’s social affairs department in Hanover is responsible for group-wide concept development and coordination. Local implementation is the hands of the individual human resources departments and/or the workplace health coordinators.
