TUI AG’s 52nd ordinary Annual General Meeting, held at the Hanover Congress Centre today, was attended by around 2,000 shareholders, shareholder representatives and guests. Attendance corresponded to 71.59 per cent of the capital stock (previous year 68.22 per cent). All agenda items were passed with large majorities. Under item 6 of the agenda, the following candidates were elected as shareholder representatives for the new Supervisory Board of TUI AG for the new term of office until 2016.
