The Diversity Charter is a fundamental commitment to fairness and respect for people in our company. In signing the Charter in May 2008, TUI AG committed to creating a working environment free from prejudice where nobody is excluded. Over 200 companies have meanwhile signed up to this initiative for tolerance and fairness in corporate culture.
As an international tourism company, we have daily contact with many different people and cultures. This diversity is also reflected in our workforce. Our working environments are open to all, regardless of people’s health, disabilities, gender or age. We believe that differences in skin colour, religion, sexual orientation and ethnic or national origin enrich our corporate culture.
