New Supervisory Board members of TUI AG confirmed by Hanover district court

In its decision of 14 February 2005, Hanover district court confirmed Carmen Riu Güell, Abel Matutes Juan and Roberto López Abad as members of the TUI AG Supervisory Board. They represent the new Spanish shareholders, namely the Riu Family, the Grupo de Empresas Matutes and the Caja de Ahorros del Mediterráneo.
Dr Thomas Fischer, Dr Norbert Emmerich as well as Dr Bernd W Voss, the former Supervisory Board members, surrendered their positions on the Supervisory Board to make room for the new board members.
