Spanish shareholders of TUI AG join the Supervisory Board

The new shareholder structure of TUI AG will also be reflected in the composition of the Supervisory Board. The representatives of the new Spanish shareholders, the Riu family, Caja de Ahorros del Mediterráneo and Grupo de Empresas Matutes will therefore join the Supervisory Board.
The Executive Board of TUI AG welcomes the fact that representatives of the new shareholders will become members of the Supervisory Board. In this context Dr Thomas Fischer, Dr Norbert Emmerich and Dr Bernd W Voss will resign from the Supervisory Board.
