TUI closes sale of international energy business to OMV

TUI AG closed the sale of the international business of Preussag Energie GmbH, Lingen. OMV AG paid about 300 million euro for all shares in this business.
All the conditions of the contract concluded between TUI and OMV in January 2003 have now been fulfilled. As agreed, the effective date for the transfer of shares is 1 January 2003. TUI AG´s supervisory board approved the deal back in January.
