The Group Digital Marketing team drives improvements in digital performance across the TUI Group.The small team of subject matter experts in different digital disciplines works across all of TUI's major brands in Europe with local teams. The common goal is to drive more holiday sales through digital channels. We do this by identifying and sharing Digital Marketing best practices throughout the business, partnering with TUI’s local Marketing teams to develop effective strategies, and leading on large cross-market projects to deliver the technology needed to run efficient Marketing campaigns. We are recruiting two Digital Marketing Managers. Depending on skills & experience there is one Adwords specialist and one expert for Bidding Performance. Digital Marketing Manager (f/m).

As a group digital marketing manager you will act as a resident expert and evangelist for paid traffic channels. You will be responsible for developing initiatives to upskill local marketing teams at an operational level and also educating senior management. The role includes assisting in strategy development for PPC and displaying biddable social and other channels –this to ensure adherence on an ongoing basis. Furthermore you will develop consistent reporting framework and produce regular performance reporting.
On a regular basis you will be meeting with vendors and assessing new vendor or partner opportunities. This includes for example providing ongoing assessment of market practice with recommendations for improvement. You will partner with TUI’s local markets to define and share best practice across the Group. Moreover you will foster your own central vendor relationships with core media owners for example Google and Facebook.
Besides, you will set up and run regular network days for Digital Marketing teams across the Group. This involves keeping up to date on industry developments and reporting on these to internal teams. There will also be additional project work within centralised Digital Marketing to provide continuation in the pursuit of new marketing opportunities.
Reporting into the Head of Biddable Media, you will closely work together with the Head of SEO/Content, Head of Analytics, Head of Social Business and Digital Marketing Director in Central Digital Marketing team. Other stakeholders will be the local Digital Marketing teams, local market Media Agencies as well as Key media owner and tech vendors such as Google, Facebook, Doubleclick and Adobe.
